With this project our institution can learn and possibly implement new approaches for the integration of persons with disabilities which will be beneficial for the community as a whole. The project gives the organizations unique opportunity to learn from the good practices abroad and to higher the quality of the work

with the learners (people with disability) that will be oriented on the individual approach leading to the better integration and better quality of the life of individuals. IFI will make an evaluation of the new ideas, methodologies and pedagogies implemented by the other organisations.


 

Role:

1. The basic and minimum personal requirements of becoming call center representative,
2. The basic and minimum hardware requirements of becoming home based call center representative,
3. Types of call centers and their divergence from each other regarding to personal aspects and hardware requirement,
4. Where to find opportunities to be employed in call centers,
5. The technical hints for companies that can employ home based call center operators.
