The approach to be taken to achieve these objectives:

1. First meeting will be devoted to presentation of partners about their general backgrounds and project scope specific background,

2. Common principles shall be formed for sharing the responsibilities and common rules shall be agreed for better mutual understanding for attaining sustainable and efficient organisational and application based development,3. Limited time literature search shall be performed with a agreed outline on the present status of employability of disabled people in call centers and available technology for the employability of call center staff in home based form,

4. All available information shall be exchanged in electronic form for forming preliminary common background of all partners,
5. The available information shall be discussed during face to face meetings after having digested formerly. The methodology of training and guiding package shall be agreed during meetings as well as complementary product and effective dissemination methodology.
